RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT, HAMILTON.
Yesterday.—(BeforeCapt. Jackson, R.M.) Assault, &c. —Two cases against James Hill, one for assault and the other for rescue of cattle being taken to the pound, were withdrawn.
Judgment Summonses.—ln several judg-ment-debt cases o> ders were made for the judgment debtors to pay so much per inontn.
Hospital Boaud v. John Wuight.— Claim £0 Bs. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs 21s.
Same v. David Cogkhead.—Claim .£;"> 7.1. Tho secretary to the Board deposed that the B mrd was qnitj willing that the claim should be worked out, and His Worship made an order that Mrs Cockhead give two day's work a month until tho claim be liquidated. Waikato .Uaihv Company v. Tiieo. Liiskai*.—Claim £3!) 13s. Judgment was given fur the amount claimed, and an order made for the payment of 10s pjr month. Same v. Joseph K.UM'om).— Judgment for plaintiff, and an order made for the pay:uenl of 15s per month. Kami* v. Jon Hinton and Same v. Mulmons. —These cases were adjourned till next Court day. J. Kxox v. McGuihe.— Claim .£l2sGd. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. A. Scorr v. Miss Hand.—Claim 15s 3Jd. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. A case of larceny was dismissed.
