(HV KLKCTBIC TGtiKOH.U'H.— CDI'VHIfJIIT. I Rio Dk. Janeiro. November 10. A devolution has broken out here, and the Emperor Don Pedro has been deposed. The presidency of the Government has been assumed by Field-Marshal Da Fonesca, who has miarauleed the safety of the Imperial family. An attempt was made to assassinate La Vicra Da Silva, Minister of Marine. November 17. Da Fonesea who assumed the presidency of the Government has issued a, manifesto abolishing tlie Monarchial Government, declaring that in making this step lie is assured of the support of the various provinces. The population is quiet, being in favour of the new government of which a list of Ministers has been published.
