(nv TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Monday. The Mariposa has sailed for San Francisco. She takes a trial .shipment of New South Wales lemons for the San Francisco market ; the parcel consists of 200 cases of carefully picked fruit. At the Supreme Court to-day, His Honor refused the. application to make the rule nisi absolute in the case of Moulden v. Moulden. At the Police Court a young rellow named John Driscoll was committed for trial charged with indecent assault on a married woman named Sarah Powell.
