In 1 accordance witli tho advertisement in Thk Waikato Times, Mr 11. Reynolds (on behalf of Messrs H. Reynolds and On.), met tin; milk suppliers "f the district at The Waikato Times Buildings on Thursday afternoon. About twenty were present. Mr Reynolds explained the rules and terms offered, tho. latter being: For the first quarter, 2Ad ; second quarter, 2.} d ; third quarter, 2'i'd ; and for the winter quarter, 3',d per gallon for milk yielding an average oflO per cent, of cream in the test tubes, an additional sum of },<\ to be paid for each one per cent, of cream above ten. Promises were received of about 350 cows, and it is anticipated that about -100 cows will be available.
