This debt to be paid by instalments of £1 10s on the 21st of calendar month. Bond v. Hokrei.i:,.—Judgment summons. Mr Gi-esham for the judgment creditor. This suininons was adjourned for six months to afford the defendant, who is a constable stationed at Auckland, an opportunity of paying monthly instalments of HI on tlie Gfcli of every calendar month. J. L. Top: v. W. J. Hex-run.—Mr J. A. Tole, solicitor, appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Dyer for defendant. The claim was for £2S. Tho case was only partly heard. There were also seveial small debt cases in which Mr Gresham appeared for the plaintiffs.
