HAMILTON ROAD BOARD

The adjourned meeting of the above Board was held at tho office of the Board. Present : Messrs Jones (chairman), Maunder, Exelby and Qualtrouph. Interest. —It was resolved that tho interest (£7 8s Gd) duo to tho Government bo paid, but that the payment of the audit fee for 1888 be held over until next meeting of the Board. Furze Nuisance. —Messrs Maunder and Exelby were delegated to inspect the furze in the northern portion of the district, and report to tho Board at its next meeting. Livingstone's Culvert.—The Chairman was authorised to employ labour to get the road filled in where it had sunk at this culvert, and to do other repairs necessary on the road to Excelbjr's bush. This was all the business.
