(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.— COPYRIGHT.) Vienna. Juno 14. This Turkish envoy to Vienna has warned the Porte that unless European diplomacy moderates its hostility towards the Regents of Servia, Austria will bo compelled to go to war,
The Regents have received the proposals from Russia for an immediate convention between Russia and Servia favourably. If the vassal States are attacked, the Porte will remain neutral unless an integral part of Turkey is invaded.
The Turkish garrisons on the Servian and Bosnian frontiers have been increased by 60,000 men.
The Nord Deutcshe and the Zei tung both agree that a struggle be tween Russia and Germany is in evitable.
