French torpedo boat, with 14 men, has been lost at Harfleur. Piggott's diary has been secured by the Panic-ilites, and a sensation is expected. El Senoussi has occupied Dai'four and Kardofan. Count Shuvaloff, aged 61, is dead. Mi Mather, a Parnellite, has been elected for Gorton (Lancashire). Mr Morley's attack on Mr Balfour was negatived by a majority of 65.
