Mr Gladstone addressed a large meeting at Limehouse lust night, and accused the Government of wasting tlio time of the House, thus necessitating an abridgment of the privileges of private members. The Parnellites had been the greatest sufferers in this respect, but they had exercised great forbearance in their disappointment. Referring to the Soudan Campaign, lie said it was hopeless to attempt to conquer the Soudan.
