THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND.

(by electric telegraph.—copyright). London, December 14. The article of the Financial News on the Bank of New Zealand is couched in most offensive language in which a grave charge is conveyed against the Bank. It adduces the transaction in the Bank's shares and portions of the President's October speech in support. Three gentlemen connected with the Bank are referred to by name, and the local Press is accused of being afraid to publish certain things about the meeting in October from fear of libel.
