TAOTAOROA ROAD BOARD
The above Board met at Bach's Hotel, Cambridge, on Saturday, at 11 a.m. Present : Messrs C. M. Brunkskill (chairman), Seddon, and H. R. Brunkskill. Main Road.—lt was decidcd to let George Wattam, the surfaceman, repair the main road, throughout its length : cleaning the water tables and filling up all holes. It was also decided to fill up a large hole at Norris' corner, on the Oxford road. Traction Engines.—A discussion as to the proposed by-laws t» regulate the traffic of traction engines ensued; but it was thought that the County Councils having taken the matter in hand, it was unnecessary for the Road Board to take action in the matter. This was all the business.
