THE LATE ACCIDENT.
THE CZAR AND CZARINA SLIGHTLY INJURED. TWENTY-ONE ATTENDANTS KILLED. [By Electkio Tklkchufh.— Copyright.] St. Petersburg, November 4. In the late railway accident the Czar and Czarina were thrown on the line and narrowly escaped death. In th". railway accident, near Azoff, the Czar's foot and Czarina's hand were slightly injured. Twentyone attendants were killed and thirty-seven injured. The manager of the Azoff section of the railway on which the accident occurred has since committed suicide.
