Latr European papers state that tin; late Emperor Frederick's diary has been published in the North Deiitche Zeitung. ihe extracts principally detailed conversation which took place, at a meeting between Napoleon and William I. In another part of the diary the Emperor Frederick says he emphatically protests against his mouth being closed by Bismarck in respect to important State matters.
