(IIY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH COPYRIGHT.) London, October 10. Mi! Falconer Lark worthy has retired from his position as managing director of tho Bank of New Zealand on a pension. Ho still retains the position of managing director of the New Zealaud Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. The new capital of the Bank of New Zealand, to be issued next week, has already been largely applied for. Later. It is expected that the new capital of the Bank of New Zealaud will be subscribed threefold. October 11. It is rumoured that important changes are imminent in the London Board of the Bank of New Zealand.
