*__ (by telegraph.—press association). Welling ton, Friday. Mil J. H. Lowe, engineer of constructed railways, who has been in charge of the Bhiff-Hnrnnm section tor some years, is to be removed to Wellington. The Railway Department have refused to grant the English football team free passes over the New Zealand lines.
