SIR JULIUS VOGEL'S VISIT TO ENGLAND.
[ISY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. Sir Julius Vogkl is expected to go home in connection with a now work in the shape of a picturesque atlas, and for the publication of which a company is being formed. Sir Julius Vogel will edit the letter press, and the services of Mr Thos. Bracken have also been secured. The scope of the publication will embrace the whole of the Pacific Islands, it is said, including New Zealand and Australia, and will extend to the Panama. Canal, and its vicinity. M. de Lesseps has accepted the dedication of the work. The capital of the Company is £50,000 in £10 shares The provisional directors are N. Pharazyn, M.L.C. and George Beethain. It is not yet settled whether the company will erect premises and plant of their own, or contract with some existing firm fur its publication. It is expected that the cost of bringing out the work will be £100,000, and it is understood that it will bo issued in 32 numbers at 5s each.
