liiv Electric Telkgkaph—Copyiught.] Paris, February 14. Tun Chamber of Deputies lias rejected tin; vote of twenty millions placed on the estimates for Tonquin. Ihe Premier, M. Dirard, thereupon made a statement to the Chamber to the effect that the Government would not evacuate that place, but that the expenditure there would be curtailed i ■ i every possible way; subsequently a reduced vote was submitted and agreed to.
