A large number of witnesses was examined, .loliu Collins, one of those suspected of raising the (ires, and now in custody, handed in a lung statement in which he confessed that Reuben Minds, (also in custody), set fire to tho three buildings, and he, (Collins), was in his company. The jury after a few minutes deliberating returned a verdict that the premised in question had been, wilfully set fis'o to by Keuben Hind and John Collins.
