MR O'BRIEN.

Tiik House of Commons passed a resolution regretting' the indignity offered- to Mr Patrick O'Brien, M.P. for Monaghan North, who was arrested a few days ago in mistake for James Gilhoolly, MP., but by a large majority refused to refer the question of wrongful arrest to a committee, as the matter was privileged.
