(BY TELEGRAPH.— PUESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, Friday. _ EARL and Countess Carnarvon now in Australia will not visit New Zealand on this occasion, but hope at later date to visit this colony. The Wesleyan conference closed its sitting to-day ;' the business, however, wjs merely routine. The next conference will be held in Dunedin.
Dr. King is gazetted surgeon of the Sea cliff Asylum Dunedin, vice Dr. Neii; resigned.
