[I'KESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington. Friday. A PROCLAMATION from the New South Wales Government appears in the Gazette, to-night. It states that there being reason to believe that scab exists m the colony and Western Australia declares that no sheep fodder or fittings used for sheep shall be imported or introduced into that colony for a further period of 12 months from either colony mentioned.
