[reuter's telegrams.] London, July 15. The Sobrange lias refused to accept the resignation of the Regents. Count Munster, German Ambassador, complains that M. Flouren’s Radical paper is incitingthe populace against the Germans, and insulting the Embassy. M. Flourens expresses his grief. It is reported that Russian merchants on the frontier have been ordered to dismiss all German clerks before September. It is not likely now that any alteration will be made in the Queen's title, owing to the coolness of the colonies about the matter. Sailed : The R.M.s. Arawa, for New Zealand. The death is announced of Herr Frederick Krupp, the celebrated metalfounder. Sir John Kirk has retired from the position of British Agent' Consul-General at Zanzibar, on account of ill-health. In the House of Commons last night, Mr Bannerman’s amendment to the Irish Land Bill, demanding a revision of the judicial rents for holdings, was negatived, and the Bill read a second time without a division. Messrs Gladstone and Parnell appealed to Mr Campbell Bannerman to withdraw his amendment to the Land Bill, but leave was refused. The Crimes Bill has been read a second time in the House of Lords.
