[reuter's telegrams.] London, July 15. The Sobrange lias refused to accept the resignation of the Regents. Count Munster, German Ambassador, complains that M. In the House of Commons last night, Mr Bannerman’s amendment to the Irish Land Bill, demanding a revision of the judicial rents for holdings, was negatived, and the Bill read a second time without a division. Messrs Gladstone and Parnell appealed to Mr Campbell Bannerman to withdraw his amendment to the Land Bill, but leave was refused. The Crimes Bill has been read a second time in the House of Lords.
