[BY TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.] [reuter's telegrams. 1 London, June 27. The P. and 0. Company are arranging to carry third class passengers. Sir Saul Samuel and Sir G. Berry start for Paris and Route early in July, in company with Mr H. Burton, of the postal department, for the purpose of endeavouring to obtain a reduction in the transit rates, and also to obtain the consent of the Powers interested to the Plymouth direct route. Sir G. Berry's'mission will also embrace the Melbourne Exhibition work. Mr Fred Young, lion. sec. of the Colonial Institute, has declined the Companionship of S. Michael and S. George.
