MOROCCO.
M.umin, AprillO. Unwonted activity continues to bo cfisplnyed in diplomatic and general circles regarding Morocco and North-West Africa. The Epoca, the Impartial, and other Spanish journals publish telegrams from Tangier announcing the departure of the British Minister, Mr Kirby Green, on board of the Curlew for Mazagan, where a puavd is ready to escort him to the city of Morocco to see the Sultan. The Spanish Minister, Sefior Diosdado, will follow shortly M. Feraud's and Mr Green's example If Muley Hassan judges by professions only, he will have some difficulty in deciding who are his best friends. M. Feraud, like his predecessor, M. Ordega, impressed upon the Sultan that France was strong and respected, and wished her ally Morocco to be strong too. France would always be the best and most faithful ally of His Majesty, and upon her devoted and disinterested friendship he might ever count and lean.
