DEATH OF THE HON. MAJOR RICHMOND.
+ [by telegraph,—puess association.] Nelson, Saturday. Hon. Major Richmond, C.8., M.L.C., died this morning, aged 8U years. He was the oldest member of the Legislative Council. He was Superintendent prior to the Constitution Act.
