[reuter's telegrams.] Sydney February 15. Much excitement prevails in Sydney with.regard to the elections. Up to the present, 65 Ministerialists and 23 Oppositionists have been elected. A great deal of rain has fallen over the whole of the colony. Bkisbrank, February 17. A considerable quantity of rain has fallen over a considerable area of the colony. Port Darwin, February 17. The Euphrates, which struck on a rock recently, about twenty miles from this place, has been abandoned by the crew, and is sinking.
