Tuesday.— (Before His Honour, District Judge, Seth Smith.) IN BANKKUPfCY. Applications for discharge were made by John MuCann, butcher, C.unbridge. Lawrence Sutton, flax-dresser, Waitetuna, C. Day and James Orr, Waiorongom.ii, and were granted accordingly, the Deputy Official Assignee offering no opposition. CIVIL CASES. E. W. Hanmkr v. Thomas Bellamy.— Claim £72, amount of a dishonoured promiasory note, less £9 amount paid by defendant. Mr W. M. Hay appeared for plaiatiff, defendant was not present or represented by counsel. Judgment for plaintiff for £(>3 with costs.
