RUKUHIA CHEESE AND BACON FACTORY COMPANY.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the above company was held on Katuiday at thoir office, The Waikato Times Building*, Hamilton. Theie were present personally or by proxy the following shareholders :— Messrs Steele, Buttle, Kusabs, Way, Capt. Steele, J. S. Kdj?ecumbe, Speake, Bar.stow, JOllison, McNicol, Bell, W. Hunter, Row, Robetts, R. C. Carr, Raynes, and Newman. Mr S. Steele was voted ta the chair, and lead the notice in The Waik.uo Times calling the meeting, and explained that it w;b necessary to take certain .steps to properly wind-up the company, which had "been previously decided upon. After duscu^sing the matter it was resolved to make two fuithei calls of 3s each, or if required, for a larger amount, in order to pay otF the liabilities of the company and to wind it up. A foimal reso lution was then put to the meeting and carried that the Rukuhia Cheese and Bacon Factory Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr J. S. Edgecumbe be appointed liquidator at a remuneration of £20. The directors held a meeting subsequently, and lesolved that a call of 3s per share should be made at once, and that the deed conveying the property to Mr James Williamson should be signed by the directors. Some accounts were passed for payment and the meeting closed.
