DUNEDIN, Thursday. Mary Jane Doi'herty was committed for trial for setting tire to the house of Louis Thompson, who was committed last week for inciting and abetting her, at Hillside. The evidence, with the exception of accused's, in place of which a statement to tfc? police was put in, was much the same as in the other case.
