The Marine Board held an enquiry into the loss of the steamship Ly-ee-nioon in May last. They found that the same was caused by the default of Capt. Webber and Mr Fotheringham, the third officer. The board will give their decision as to their certificates on Monday next. Sailed, yesterday afternoon : The Union Company's Mararoa, for Auckland and San Francisco.
