London, May 25. The infant heir to the Spanish throne has been christened Alphonso. Don Carlos has issuad a manifesto to the effect that he will not renounce his right to the throne. Lord C. The rate for the parcel post of Australia will b% for the first pound, 2s ; for every subsequent pound, Is ; of which England will receive 3d, the conveying companies 4d, and the colonies sd.
