HAMILTON DOMAIN BOARD.

The ordinary meeting of the Hamilton Domain Board wai held in the Borough Council Chamber*, last night. Present: Messrs W. A. Gr*haui (chairman), Scott, Tippeti, Kdgecumbe and Knox. The minuteii of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. ConREsroNOKNCE.— A letter was received from Mr H. J. H. Elliott, nhder date May 9th, advising that all unocoupied lands promised to the board were handed over, and would be gazetted in next week's Gazette. — letter from Mr Price asking permission to transfer his Isue of Lot 17. Domain Land, to Mr W, Cussen.— Permission wm grapM on the understanding that all arrears of rent and rates be paid before the transfer is confirmed.— Letter from Mr Kerry, notifying that he had transfened his interest in Lots 33 and 34 to Mr H. Bowen, •ndLots 29, 30, 31, 32, to Mr Hugh Kelly. Granted on the same conditions, if arrears of rent and rales be paid before the transfer is granted — A letter was read from Mr Hibgame asking permission to tr*n»fer his interest in the lease of Lot — to Mr Goodson.— Granted on the same term* as previous applications. —The report of the committee appointed to consider the tenders for the improvement ef the domain lands, Hamilton East, was received and adopted.— The Domain Lands Improvement Committee were further authorised to let other contracts for clearing and ploughing other portion* of the domain lands, tenders to be called for without delay.
