The Russian Government have definitely announced their rejection of the suggestum put fonvard by Italy, that the appointment of Prince Alexander as Governor of Eastern Roumelta should be unfettered by restrictions as to the -duration of his term of office. Athens, March 28. The Government have issued a proclamation calling out the first and second class Greek reserves.
