The nogotiatioiih which have been taking place between tho Government and Union Company, and Mr Center, of tho Oceanic Stp-unthip Company, ro the San Francisco mail service arc concluded, and tho Union Company and the Oceanic Company haro decided to undertake tho services. The Union Company will bo the principals in tho contract, and cany tho maili from Sydney to Auckland, and thence to Honolulu, where they will lw transhipped into the fine steamers under the flag of tho Oceanic Company. The contract will be xignod to morrow, but the detaili have not been allowed to be made public, nor the arrangements between the two companies. Mr James Mills nnnager of the Union Company, and Mr Center leave for Auckland on Friday.
