Mr Dibbs has succeeded in forming a Ministry, but the actual composition lias not yet been disclosed. It is believed, however, that among its members are Sir P. Jennings, Messrs Tricket, Want, Weshatt, Tyne, Wright, Lee and Farnell. The formal dissolution takes place to-day, and the new writs will be issued tomorrow.
