AUSTRALIAN TARIFFS. Melbourne, January 29. The following details of the tariff agreement between Victoria and Tasmania, and which is to remain in force for throe years, comprises : Firstly, the animal, vegetable, and mineral products ; secondly, articles manufactured from purely colonial produce ; thirdly, mixed manufactures, of which the foreign portion shall not oxceed five per cent. Proposals are now on foot for establishing reciprocal agreements between Tasmania and Queensland. Replying to a deputation from the Chamber of Commerce, today, Mr Servico promised to promoto reciprocal free trade to his utmost.

FIRE IN MELBOURNE. Melhourxe, January 29. A fire occurred to-day, at Brunswick, and resulted iv the total destruction of tho residence of the late lion. Mr Suraner. The damage is estimated at £8000.
