The adjourned inquest on the burning of Chai nock's house in lSS3,\vas concluded last evening The jury retained the following verdict. The jmy ,aie of opinion that t,he premises of Geoige Cliamock, in St. Auburn street, were wilfully set fire to on 27th January, ISB3, and the evidence points to Mrs Cliamock as the guilty party. The jury added a rider to the effect that great credit was due to Mr Pavdy for the skill he had shown in fringing out the evidence after so long a /^ime had slapsed since the fire. The ' ejoroner committed Mrs Chavnock for trial on a charge of arson and Charnock %as remanded, as Mr Pardy stated he would have to bring both prisoners before another court on other charges.
