BLENHEIM, Monday.
Philip R. Mcßae, of Wellshill, was fined 3d each on a flock of 2000 sheep infected with scab. Defendant is given three months to pay the fine, and an application lor the remission of the amount is to be laid before the department, if the sheep are declared clean by that time.
