THE NEW ZEALAND FOOTBALLERS IN SYDNEY. [REUTERS CABLEGRAM.]
Sydney, May 29. In t the match against thp County of Cumberland yesterday four goals for the New Zealanders were obtained by Ryan and W. Y. Millton (captain), not Ryan and Helmore, as telegraphed yesterday. Millton obtained three out of the four goals. Taiaroa particularly distinguished himself by brilliant play. The visitors were entertained at dinner in the evening at Parramatta. An extra match has been arranged to take place in Sydney on June 3.
Latest. The members of the New Zealand football team were to-day entertained by Mr T. A. Dibbs, manager of the Commercial Bank, and were taken for a trip round the harbour.
