The Dutch Consul received a telegram this morning from the Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies, stating that the navigation of the Straits of Sunda is now safe, except between the islands of Cracato and Sebikee. The lights at Java Head and Parkonshok are now burning. Further points will soon be provided with temporary lights.
