Claim £20 18s lOd, judgment debt, costs £2 18s 6d, the amount to be paid within six weeks, or in defanlt two weeks' imprisonment. — Yeates Bros. v. G. Cook. Claim £4 15s 2d, costs £1 10a.— Yeates Bros. v. John Bell. Claim £2 13s yd, costs £1 0s lOd. — Yeates Bros. v. Johnson. Claim £2 15s 7d, costs £1 0s lOd. A large number of cases was settled out of court.
