With reference to fclic cablegram from Sydney respecting the annexation of the New Hebrides, the New Zealand Government have wired to Sir Dillon Bell, tin; Agent-General, instructing him to pl.iue himself in communication, and act in conjunction with the Agent-General of Victoiia. This reply was sent the same day that the invitation was received from the sister colony.
