The 3teamev Fcnstiinton sailed to-d.iy with a full cargo of wool and grain and 784:0 sheep and four bags ot ducks. There are 22 different shippers of /neat, which was all frozen by tlie local Refrigerating Company. The average weight ,pei" carcase is (J7Ubs with 200 carcases. ' The new expeument has been tried of sending home, only the piime parts, namely the saddles and legs. It is likely foul' more steamers will be despatched from here during the year with frozen meat.
