Delivery of the Homeward Mails, London, January 13. The homeward mails, via Sari Francisco, which left Auckland on December 5, were delivered here to-day.

Enormous Loss of Life at a Fire. New Yokk, January 12. It is now known that the loss of life occasioned by a recent fire at an hotel in Milwaukio was greater than at first supposed. It has been proved that fully 110 persons perished in the ilanies.
