London, September 28. Sir Evelyn Wood is suffering severely from continual diarrhoea, and Sir Garnet Wolseley from exposure to the sun. There are serious complaints legarding the ineflioienoy of the hospital service during the recent campaign in Kgpyt. The Khedive's Ministers insist on the execution of the principal rebel leaders.
