ALLEGED CRUELTY TO A BOG.

(by telegkaph.) Cambridge, Last Night. The charge against Messrs Buckland and Ring of alleged cruelty to a dog by strangling, on the occasion of the Pakuranga hunt at Hautapu on the 17th wit., was heard at the R.M. Court here to-day. The bench after hearing the evidence considered the charge ot cruelty had not been proved, and dismissed the information. Mr Hay appeared for the informant, Capt. McPherson, owner of the dog, and Mr Dyer defended.
