(The Political Crisis in Victoria. Melbourne, June 22. In the Legislative Assembly, last night, Sir Bryan O'Loghlen, with the consent of Mr Francis, announced that the Government had decided to abandon the proposed remission of duty on tea and tobacco, that the question of reducing the inland postage rate would be postponed for a year, and that the proposal to reduce the excise on beer and tobacco would be allowed to lapse.
