SERIOUS ACCIDENT AT CAMBRIDGE.

Ox Tuesday morning last a man named Bowley, when driving a waggon .and two horses, the property of Messrs Hally 8r03., between Cambridge and the wire bridge across the Waikato river at the flout mill, met with a ra'thev, serious accident through the upsetting of the vehicle. The Unfortunate , man was driving down the hill from the Presbyterian Manse on to the flat, when one of the hoi'ses bolted, and the other one becoming obstinate, the poll was smashed, and the" waggon precipitated over the embankment. Bowley, who was in the waggon, rolled over with it, and when, picked up was found to have one of his legs broken below the knee. He was immediately conveyed home and attended by Dr. Cushney, who set the fracture, and under whose care the patient is now progressing favourably.
