Thk authorities have succeeded in discovering a dynamite mine, the • existence of which was reported to them recently. The mine was constructed in the neighbourhood of Moscow to destroy the line over which it ,was expected the Czar would travel. The investigations which have since been made by the police have led to the arrest of eighty persons, who are charged with being concerned in the - projected assassination of His Majesty. i
