SERIOUS ACCIDENT AT OXFORD.
On Friday last as Mr B. Montague, of the Oxford Hotel, was riding toward Ta Papa in company with Mr McManus, his horse tripped and fell, rolling over the rider, and breaking his leg in two places. Mr McManus rode back to the hotel for assistance, and Mr Montague was soon conveyed home. Dr Waddington was immediately sent for, and lost no time in proceeding to the assistance of the sufferer. The leg was set, and we learn that the unfortunate man is progressing favourably,
